MEGAN PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT, INC – A family owned and operated business. We look at our 70 plus employees like family. If it was not for them we would not be able to accomplish what we accomplish, and definitely could not make the positive impact on all our tenants lives. Megan Properties Management manages conventional apartments, apartments with tax credits, USDA 515 loans, HUD, Section 8 and USDA vouchers. Megan Property Management assists in ownership takeovers, management and ownership changes in USDA-RD financed projects, real estate limited partnerships and general and limited partnership interests transfers.

In 1998, Megan Properties Management, Inc., was the managing agent for partnerships owning approximately 205 units in the states of Mississippi and Florida, until each partnership reached the end of its 15-year, tax credit compliance period, in or about 2004, when the investors’ interests could be sold. 

In 2008 through 2013, Megan Properties Management was approved in Texas and managed those apartment complexes on which PK Megan & Associates completed the acquisition and rehabilitation. These consisted of approximately 364 units of affordable housing, with low-income housing tax credits.

In 2016, Megan Properties Management was approved and managed 5 additioanal apartment complexes in Texas. These consisted of approximately 180 units of affordable housing, apartment complexes with low-income housing tax.

In 2017, Megan Properties Management was approved to and manages 23 more apartment complexes in Texas of which its affiliates, or are owned by third parties. These consist of approximately 880 units of affordable housing, apartment complexes with low-income housing tax credits and conventional apartments.

In 2023 Megan Properties Management, expanded its management in to Rv parks in the west Texas region. I

In 2024 Megan Properties Management has expanded to included a total of 2,029 units under management. These units consist of conventional apartments and subsidized housing. OUR company manages to perform at a top tier level because of the hard work and dedication put in by our amazing employees. 

The Future is looking bright as Megan Properties Management Inc. is in discussions to bring on multiple new properties in 2025.
